What do you feed your kids?

Yeah, we are back to trying to figure this lunch thing out again.

I have picky kids. It would be easier to list what they will eat instead of what they won't. They are that way because of their father and damn it if I am not the one who has to deal with it!

I am tired of making lunch and one or two kids not eating any of it. I asked each kid to name 10 or so things off the top of their head that they will eat.

Alex
apples
mac & cheese
ramen
tuna
french bread or regular pizza
hot dogs
hamburgers
french fries
shrimp
quesadillas
grapefruit
green apples

Ethan
peanut noodles
pb&j roll ups
fruit - any
vegetables - any
salad
chicken nuggets
chicken pot pie
shrimp
fresh catfish
fish sticks

Christian
chicken salads
french bread pizza
pb&j roll ups
shrimp
rice
pasta - pesto or alfredo
quesadilla
grilled cheese
eggs
potatoes
bean burritos w/cheese & lettuce

Clearly, you can see where the problem lies. Here's a hint... its name isn't Ethan. That boy will eat pretty much anything. It is also pretty obvious that nutrition is at the top of their lists...

So now I am begging for ideas. Got any?

What are some of the things your kids will eat for lunch?

Clearly, they will all eat shrimp; what's the problem? (just kidding!) I'm starting to have the kids make their own lunch. I stock the fridge, they make it. (PJ hates sandwiches, but he makes his own Lunchable-type lunches, for example.)
